Lack of appointments while rooms are not all used

Purchased several $50 gift cards at Hand and Stone a few weeks before the holiday. Went in to get a massage and use one of my packages that they withdraw monthly. When I upgraded from a 50-minute massage to an 80-minute massage I wanted to use one of my gift cards valued at $50 they told me that gift cards can only be used for services they weren't for upgrades and wouldn't even let me use the extra $20 on my gift card towards a tip it was very insulting and embarrassing. I don't understand why if I had a package plus a $50 gift card and it was $30 for the upgrade to the 80 minutes why I couldn't use the remaining $20 as a tip. It is still cash. At the beginning they wouldn't even let me use my gift card for the extra $30 they told me it needed to be used in $50 increments only for services I had a raise my voice until the girl finally did it for me. I've been a member for several years.

Too short of time, want a longer massage, manu places are a full 60 minutes. That is all, therapist was great

Confusion when I came in. First the receptionist greeted me and said it's your birthday so you get something extra today, but then never followed up with it. No idea what the was talking about. Otherwise, all was fine.

I feel like estesicians sometimes talk too much. I've noticed that since I've been going here. They no longer do extractions or massage my shoulders while I have a mask on. That made it so much more enjoyable.

The therapist was very nice and professional. I just like a firmer more vigorous massage. I believe he may be a new therapist and will improve with time.

I thought my husband started my membership three months ago. I have the contract, card and everything. When I called in to schedule appt I didn't have a membership but he did. I was promised a return call by Monday from a manager. Didn't get one. I had to call back and was told my membership was never processed. When I got there, my therapist Liz was amazing!! The receptionist did apologize for membership and wave transfer fee and activation fee but I would have booked a longer massage which I needed had I had the three massages I thought I had. If it weren't for Liz I probably wouldn't have started membership.

i ordered a 50 minute massage but didn't get back to the room and have the massage start until 8:20. It ended promptly at 8:50am. I paid for an hour and got a 30 minute massage.
