Hand and Stone

I enjoyed my experience at Hand & Stone. I don't feel the need for ever detail in life to be "Highly Satisfying." Everything was fine for my expectations.

Molly is an amazing massage therapist. I really liked the hot stone massage. I felt immediately relieved of aches When checking in and upgrading or making changes, there needs to be a better way to report to the massage therapist any last minute changes to the scheduled plan, i.e. upgrades and/or enhancements added.

When trying to book my appointment face to face—it took 15 mins. Too long!

I was expecting my entire face to be clean not to be clean in 2 different appointments they should have informed me so I could have been aware of that.

the push to "sign up" for monthly fee is not something I believe should be pushed onto new clients. There should be need be fee schedule and not monthly. price was way to high for services. I will use another salon for services in future

Unhappy to see that my massage therapist of several years is gone. But Kim, my esthesian rocks !

It's a lot of money and places I have been before for a facial really messaged me. Plus I felt in relaxed when being asked to purchase upgrades and products afterwards. If the products are good let them speak for themselves instead of trying to ruin the relaxation and enjoyment. The woman I had wasn't pushy I just wish it wasn't apart of the experience especially when paying so much money.

The salon is not as upscale as I would like to see. Decor and location ..next to a restaurant often hear noise thru walls.

New Face micro derm not and facial cost was not communicated clearly.

Simply different than spas in Dallas, Tx, so adjusting expectations. I.e. no warm neck wrap upon arrival, no changing room with robes and slippers, aroma lotions are extra here, etc.
