I needed more pressure.

I loved my old therapy at H&s. She was experienced and expert. I have not yet found a new therapist that meets her level of expertise.

Massage was not effective. Masseuse ends the massage too early, almost 15 mins before.

Service to short...not even 50 minutes

Everything was pretty good, everything was fulfilled according to my expectations. Music could have been a little softer, but wasn't over-bearing. Overall the experience was about 4.5 stars.

The facial was very nice. The massage was so short. I was in the check out room at 5:50. I looked at her clock and was shocked. It seemed more like a rub and a soft pinch . I asked the receptionist to make sure I didn't get this girl again.

Did not receive the anticipated relief from my leg/buttocks issue. Felt the massage session may have been slightly short but maybe I am just picky.

Corrective criticism: There is not a waste basket in the lobby area to put your mint wrappers and empty water bottles. I have mentioned this to the front desk every time I visit H/S. My massage therapist was FANTASTIC however; unfortunately, I did not receive a full 50 minute massage due to the therapist running over on her previous massage. It was not her fault and I do not want this response to affect her, she is great masseuse and a pleasure to chat with along with the massage. I will request and use her again for my next massage.

I filled out the client information sheet two weeks prior so I didn't have to wait it the waiting room. The therapist was ready for me but the receptionist didn't initially take the time to find my information until I told her I filled it out previously. It took like 10 minutes to work it all out and made me start 10 minutes late and miss like 10 minutes of my massage.

I have chronic pain at time and i have had therapist that knew what to do with out asking and took care of the problem and not sending me home with neck pain after i told the therapist of my issues.
