Hand and Stone

I need more than one visit to determine satisfaction. I don't believe one visit that I should pass judgement.

I loved the kindness of the masseuse. However her technique wasn't as seamless and smooth as I'm use to. A bit botchy.

I was gifted a massage package which was done incorrectly on my account. I spent 15 minutes on the phone with someone from your office who didn't get us anywhere or offer solutions to the problem. She said she would speak with her manager and call me back the next day to let me know if it had been resolved. She never called me back. I went in the following week to book the appointment and try to resolve the issue and Lindsey was at the receptionist desk who was very kind, friendly and able to assist me in getting my appointment scheduled and the account issues cleared up. She was wonderful!

I really wish there were an effective way to book online. I hate that when there is no available time slot for when I'm looking for, the receptionist will always ask me if some other time would work. I also don't like when they ask me if I'd like to schedule my next appointment. I make appointments on the spur of the moment when I feel I need one, but I guess that must not be true for most clients. The last thing about the receptionists is that they are always asking if I want to add on additional services. I rarely do, and if I want to I will mention it. I've been a member for something like three years now and apparently these preferences of mine are something that has just never sunk in for anyone there. Also, I understand why there needs to be rules about avoiding "sensitive" areas, but when there is an area that needs treatment that happens to be right next to a "forbidden zone" (e.g. inner thigh) forget it, it's not going to get treated. And no, I never asked for it because just asking is going to make me seem like a creep.

The steamer was not working properly so I felt like I didn't get everything I could have out of the appointment. Also, I had a large pimple forming that wasn't addressed.

Appointment didn't start on time but ended on time.

I wanted a massage and waxing on the same day, but this was impossible. Was also told two different stories regarding pricing of services.

I had a massage schedule on Friday June 23 @ 7pm with Jacquelyn. I received 2 voice message from your prior to appt. One to come in early to update paperwork & one there was a problem w/ acct. Got there at 6:40. Took are of business. Waited & waited. Now after 7. Receptionist stated let me find Tina. Asked who Tina was. She said my therapist. Stated I always use Jacquelyn. Was told called me & left msg Jacquelyn not there and rescheduled me w/ Tina. By now 7:10 No one has come to get me. Was asked if they wanted me to find Tina or reschedule. Stated that since no one knew where Tina was I would reschedule. I rescheduled for Friday July 7 with Jacquelyn. The receptionist also stated she would put me down for a hot stone massage at no cost (comp) for the inconvenience. Came for my appointment. But there was no documentation of a hot stone massage and I was in one of the facial rooms that does not even have the set up to get the massage. I was not the only one in the waiting room on 06/23 that was told they had been left a message but the client stated they did not get any message. Disappointed with the receptionists! Jacquelyn is amazing!

My massage therapist did a great job. I reserved my appointment for the fourth of July, because there was free aromatherapy added to my session, but I did not receive this during my session. There must of not been communication between the front desk and my massage therapist.

Visit was as expected. Parking is a whole other concern. I should have known better than try to book an appointment at noon!
