I came from another location, and I usually use my gift cards straight from my account. Since I was at another location, I was told she couldn't look up my gift cards to use them, and the gift cards I had on me were all empty, so I had to pay with a credit card. I was just inconvenienced since I have a few more gift cards with this company, but were unable to use them

Not a good facial. I told her what I wanted. I get every month elsewhere and she could not accommodate. She said we dont do that here. I asked for microdermabrasion, extractions then a glycotic peel. She was horrible at extracting. Talked to much. And just said we can do it. I will never go back.

Would like to get facial without sales pitch.

I am not happy with having to pay the additional fee for a deep tissue massage unless you can tell me that this money goes directly to the therapist. I also have an issue with the extra cost for the add-ons as you do not get any extra time in your massage -- so you pay $50 for the 50 minute massage, but if you want to get say the peppermint scalp massage extra, you pay extra for that, but then the time for that is deleted from your 50 minute massage -- so you are paying for a service, but losing part of your already paid for service.

I brought a guest with me and I had to pay to have her use my package which wasn't mentioned when I called for more information prior to booking an appointment for us. So I basically pay to bring you a new client which I feel I shouldn't. I was planning on bringing another friend but I'm glad I didn't make an appointment for her, yet, and I won't since I have to pay an additional fee for that. I pay YOU to promote YOUR spa - that's not right.

I enjoyed my visit and was satisfied with the whole experience but I had trouble finding appointments that fit my schedule and had to schedule them further out than desired because of no openings.

I enjoyed my first time there but didn't like the constant pressure to spend more on add ons, on products and was told to get a membership now to avoid enrollment fee. I couldn't make a decision in a moments notice but was relaxing other than that.

The massage I recieved was not that great. I had to keep telling the therapist to go gentle. I should have gone to see Jen. She always delivers a highly satisfying masssge.

The therapist was way to heavy handed even though I about jumped off the table and yelped. I asked to leave my t zone alone and they were not. I asked for my feet and lumbar to be worked on. My lumbar is so sore today, I cannot move. My feet were never touched.
