I wish the cost of the deep tissue upgrade remained $20, not $30.

The location is right next door to a pet groomer. This is the second time I have had a massage at this location where I was able to hear dogs barking during my entire massage. It is hard to relax when this occurs.

My therapist was unable to resolve the issue which I communicated ahead of time - did not get as deep in the tissue as the problem required.

The only improvement would be pricing on facial services . Seems like so many things are "extras" and quite pricey. I usually have to use 2 packages each time , plus pay out of pocket . I don't do high end services either . Other that that, I love hand and stone. Your services surpasses your competeters

I'm a member and had a few packages in my account. I got a classic facial & microderm abrasion. Before the esthetician started, I asked if the microderm service would be covered by 2 of my packages because I couldn't remember from the last time I had this service. I was told it would, but when I went to checkout, I was asked if I wanted to pay $40 or use a 2nd package and lose $10. I said that I had specifically asked before the treatment started, but the ladies at the desk said there was nothing they could do after the fact. I made a few suggestions (e.g., put a note in my file for next time to get an add on service, use the $10 towards the purchase of a product, etc.) but they said they couldn't do anything. This happened before and the last time it was with another esthetician, so I suggest you educate them to know the prices or have them ask the front desk if they're not sure. As much as it's only $10, I was frustrated because I had asked, and had I been told it would be extra or I'd lose some money, I would've asked for an add on service, like lip or foot treatment. It's really the principle of the matter...they should know the prices of common services they provide.

Very very hard to find appointments unless booked far in advance
