Tried a signature message with stones and not impress....tried years ago and gave it another try...waste of money.

When checking out we were asked to join. My wife agreed but the receptionist stated that since we did not have credit card on us we couldn't join. She then use high pressure tactics to try to get the sale. When we explained that we did not come with credit cards and that she could use the am ex card my wife had used for gift cards purchases and previous appointment, the girl said she could access the info. We told her we would call when we got home with the cc # she pulled the paperwork off the table and said she couldn't extend the offer once we walked out of the building. We left with an unpleasant feeling about the whole process. We may not return.

I just do not see the difference in my skin. But it must be because I have only had one facial. I do have another appointment and that will make me decide weather I continue or stop. Other than that my facial consultant was absolutely perfect.

Don't think they should upcharge for deep tissue massage versus Swedish.

The message hurt! She kept riding the same spots and after a while it was uncomfortable and pain started to set in

I've never been charged extra for the Pumkin Mask and felt like I was been nickle and dime. I had 3 packages available and I wanted to upgrade to Microderm. I also, had $20 credit that I wanted to apply towards product I was going to purchase. I was charged $20 for the Pumkin Mask. I was so disappointed that I decided not to purchase any of the products I originally was going to get.

It was very clean. The staff was very personable and welcoming. Joe did a great deep tissue massage.

Well. The massage was great laying face down but when I flipped over they only rubbed neck area. I felt like I needed more on arms legs hands

I had to wait for about 10 minutes when I showed up on time which maybe there was a reason. Plus I feel like the products are very expensive. But other than that it's friendly, peaceful, and great staff!
