Highly satisfied - I have had many massages and those I rank in the highly satisfied came with more than a bottle of water. Some had wine and fruit, some visual relaxation and some with other key components that made it relaxing.

So far since I have been there I have lost 3 of my favorite therapists. My last appointment before this one was cancelled 2 hours before....found out the therapist is no longer there, so I tried a new one, Mark. He was excellent. Did exactly as I asked and needed. The last two therapists I tried were not to my standards. I feel perhaps management/owners do not pay the therapists enough or treat them right if they are always leaving. I pay extra for deep tissue which I have never had to do anywhere else and now I end up paying $100 for an 80min deep tissue with tip...whereas I can get that same service elsewhere and get 90 minutes and for $80! I am not sure I will maintain my membership based on this pricing.

There have been a few times where the therapist didn't start the massage on time. The massage was good, but keeping a client waiting lesens the value of the service as well as the massage experience.

As mentioned in the survey, the music in the massage room was a little loud and not very relaxing. The music was not "dreamy" enough and made for a distraction from the massage, actually. Every thing else was great - my therapist, Joe, did a remarkable job at working on the exact trouble spots I had indicated. He deserves a lot of credit for his good work. Thanks!

The service I received would have received a highly satisfied rating until the service provider felt my scalp to determine if my hair was mine or a wig. She did not think I knew what she did, but this had nothing to do with providing my facial and this was the very last act she performed. If she would have asked me I would have told her the information was too personal to share.

Roxsan is no longer there, there were some bookkeeping problems on how many services I had left and I think we are good now. I used to be able to apply my monthly fees to an 80 minute massage or to gratuity and you no longer do that.

Facial was nice although it ended a little early since no extractions were done. Time was used to discuss products which was fine, but I would've preferred maybe a longer massage or something else relaxing.

The rooms need to be redecorated to a higher grade and perhaps efferent colors. They are just not chic.

Im never highly satisfied, there is always room for improvement. Nothing is perfect in life. It was a good, satisfying massage.
