Massage therapists was amazing! Would recommend her and have to anyone seeking a massage in the future. Checking out the receptionist was extremely rude. Had it not been for her attitude I might have actually purchased a package to return

The table broke and got stuck in the highest position so I had to jump off the table. She didn't offer me a step stool.

Receptionist was blah, and I don't like how pushy they are trying to upsell or getting you to sign up for a membership. My therapist was absolutely amazing, probably one of the best massages I've had. But to be honest the pushyness is very discouraging. Even after I said I wasn't interested the lady checking me out tried to sell me something else. Meanwhile, there were a bunch of clients waiting. Really embarrassing for everyone.

Upon entering the establishment one female at the front desk was heard complaining about her job and personal life. I listened to this during my entire wait in the lobby. I went to use the restroom, came back to the lobby, and another staff member was complaining about her job. Very unprofessional. I booked a facial and massage back to back. Was very happy with the quality of the massage (Adam). However, I was not provided a robe to easily transfer from one appointment to the next. I had to get dressed, move rooms, and then change again. During the facial, the esthetician (Wendy I believe), was very kind and knowledgeable. However she spent a great deal of time selling me on getting microdermabrasion. I finally agreed and then she couldn't get the machine to work. I was told to book another appointment for micro and ask for her. No discount or compensation offered. At the end, I felt bombarded by the membership offers. It may be a good idea to offer these in the beginning so clients have a chance to think it over and not feel so rushed. Overall, I ended the experience feeling like I left a time share sales pitch instead of a spa experience.

Only complaint was I had to call 3-4 times before I actually spoke with a person

Made an appt on Thursday for an 80 minute massage on the next day. When I arrived, they did not have an appt for me, the receptionist had booked it on the wrong day. The receptionist was very rude. They did not offer any sort of retribution until I emailed them and then they offered me a $15 upgrade. I had taken the afternoon off of work so it was quite upsetting.

My massage therapist is a little too talkative and the reception desk feels a little like "get clients in and get them out." A little slower pace or friendly interaction would maybe help. It's nothing I'd cancel my membership over though.
