when booking I thought I was going to one location in lake mary and went to that one only to find out I was at the wrong lake mary location. both places worked with each other over the phone to get me taken care of. this was a shock to me and didn't expect this. the customer is not always right. I made a mistake. when I got to the right location I was taken care of very well. I signed up for the first time massage and also wanted foot massage services and scalp massage aroma therapy which I didn't get but I was also not charged for them. when the massage therapist went to massage my feet she spent less than a minute on each. which was disappointing otherwise it was a good massage. my facial was great! I got the Cryoskin facial add on for 10 minutes. It was good, but she was moving the wand too fast and needed to slow down. To get the full effect of the cooling. I know your Cryoskin 3.0 comes from Artemis and they limit your time in the machine. I was a trainer for them back in 2019 so I know the machine and Artemis. other than that the experience with the facial and Cryoskin 3.0 was great.
