Judy is the best! She is experienced, knowledgable, always friendly and courteous. Her facials are relaxing and provide beautiful results.

I appreciate the various receptionists as they are not only welcoming but very know. The therapists are all very good and know what they are doing. Overall I appreciate this Hand and Stone location as it helps with my health.

Myself and a friend booked at the hand and stone on wheelhouse lane. They had an employee not show up for work. The manager promptly got us an appointment at the location in heathrow down the road and the staff there was amazing fitting us in without a glitch. Great teamwork and coordination between the two stores. Well done by both spa managers and staff!
