I loved Beverley she did excellent my skin has taken a few days to clear up due to the extractions but my skin looks a lot better now and I can’t wait for my next appointment!

The therapist was great! I explained my trouble spots and she went to work. The massage was amazing. My neck and shoulders feel excellent. I was able to sleep better as well. I booked immediately my next appointment and a facial as well.

Anthony was great! Listened to my areas of discomfort and worked just the areas that I asked. He was professional. I will be back to get more massages from Anthony. It’s hard to find a good therapist, he’s wonderful.

Massage therapist greeted me in a very timely manner. She was friendly and efficient. I experienced increased relaxation and decreased achiness following the massage.

Mikel was awesome and went above and beyond to work on my problem areas with success, was vastly knowledgeable, as well as made me feel totally and completely comfortable. I love this hand and stone! Thank u for the level of excellence! I adore the culture of the check in staff as well. They are consistently friendly, caring, helpful without being pushy and recommended Mikel when Molly wasn’t available which I’m so grateful! I never thought I would love someone as much as Molly who was my regular therapist. I’m so impressed and can’t thank you enough for maintaining high standards. I drive out of the way just to come to this west lake Mary branch and will continue to do so. Please keep doing what you’re doing! You have a loyal customer here! Hands down it’s the best in central Florida!!!

The front desk was amazing! Always friendly and ready to help you out if you have any questions. Kayla was phenomenal ! She is very knowledgeable , and makes sure you are leaving happy and relaxed ! I always look forward to my appointments at the spa

This was my first time receiving a massage from Ingrid, I will have to say it was the best massage I have received in my life! She was absolutely phenomenal! Hand and Stone made an excellent decision hiring Ingrid. I will definitely be coming back more frequently to Ingrid moving forward.

Therapist was able to relieve my aches and pain. She has a great personality and is knowledgeable. I can relax while I am there.
