Hand and Stone

There was an emergency with my therapist and my initial appointment needed to be rescheduled. They communicated quickly and effectively and were able to get me re-booked soon. When I arrived, I was given a warm welcome by reception. I did not get her name, but she was a young Black woman with a kind smile. Chris was great, provided suggestions to support my areas of need, and really did a great job focusing on what I asked for. She was communicative throughout to make sure pressure was okay. When facilitating stretching, she made sure my draping was positioned appropriately. My check out process was also great and she got my next appointments booked quickly. She was very friendly. Again, unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but she was very sweet and wore crystal jewelry. I always appreciate my visits to Hand and Stone. Celeste, Molly. Allen, and Chris have all provided wonderful massage experiences.
