Stephanie is one of the best massage therapist I have ever encountered. She is professional, knowledgeable and very friendly at the same time. She always asks me what my concerns are before each session. She applies pressure according to my body’s needs of the day. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a solid skilled and caring masseuse!

My esthetician Judy was excellent. She is always friendly and knowledgeable, and creates a relaxing vibe. Most importantly my skin has improved as a result of getting facials with her and using the products she recommended.

I only go to one massage therapist every visit, and that's Jessie at the H&S of Lake Mary, FL (intern'l pkwy). He is absolutely AAAAAmazing! If he had a fan club, I'd volunteer as President. I've been going to him for months and I swear each massage is different and better than the last. He's so professional and at the end of each session he explains what muscles were tight and recommends drinking plenty of water. I cannot praise him enough... I pray he never leaves! Also I love the girls in reception recognize me (even with a mask) ... they're so sweet and friendly. Every month is a wonderful experience. I've already got 2 people to sign up as members from my family! I love it there.
