Jesse was awesome he applied the best pressure and talked me thru what he was doing the whole time. The music in the background was calming which helped me relax. I had a great experience from the time I walked in to the minute I walked out. I’m scheduled to come back next month

as soon as i walked i felt very relaxed and everything was very calm and clean. the ladies at the desk were very nice and helpful. i got there about 15 minutes early and the massage started right on time.

Please consider doing what Stonewood and others have done. Have a small outside table for hand sanitizer. You have to open the door by hand and then work your way around whoever is checking out to get to the hand sanitizer. Also, your front office team brings over an ipad asking for the intake form to be signed by holding and finger tips. Another trip then to the counter to use hand sanitizer. I was told I was emailed one, however I have all my Hand and Stone emails and this is not included. I am however glad you have us calling from our vehicles now to check in. The time before last I was one of 9 people in your small waiting room and understand that was a perfect storm situation so I did not complain. Thank goodness my massage therapist came and got me quickly and checked me in himself. He explained this was not the norm and highly concerning and explained that this would be rectified and it seems to have been!!

My massage was one of the best I’ve had. The atmosphere was very relaxing and stress releasing. The staff was very professional and friendly.
