I appreciated the customer service from the receptionist to the therapist. The massage therapist was attentive to my needs and I felt overall satisfied with service.

I have been coming to this location for a few years now. The staff is unfailingly kind and professional. This was my first visit with Mikal, the massage therapist. Wow, what an outstanding massage. I have delayed coming on a regular basis due to Covid, and family responsibilities (no Covid in the fam, just family schedules). I was very sore, experiencing neck and hip tightness. Mikal gave me possibly the best therapeutic massage I have ever had. I have booked another appointment with him, and I will continue to do so.

Highly satisfied with therapist Alan. Staff never called to let me know my therapist not available training when I got there! This is not acceptable, they have my email and phone number. Desk seems lacking, at one time a fab front desk crew. They try but seem confused, maybe training?
