The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Therapist was attentive, very soft-spoken and asked the appropriate questions.

I was very grateful for them helping me keep my appointment when I ran late. My massage was great! Felt very relaxed when I left.

My appointment was amazing. Krystal was awesome and put the perfect amount of pressure on my sore areas. She was also really sweet and wrapped my sunburned legs in icy cold towels which really helped!

I felt that he did an AMAZING JOB! He was kind, properly engaging, asked great questions and listened to my concerns. My spouse had a nice therapist but she didn't listen to his complaint about the pressure and was incredibly sore and uncomfortable. Has asked me to not ever take him there again. UGH!

We moved a bit away from this Hand and Stone, but Alan has been my FAVORITE therapist ever. So, I decided it was well worth the time/gas to drive 30 minutes to get back to see Alan. He is by far THE BEST!

Judy was very careful with the facial. It felt terrific and she kept me abreast with the steps she was taking. Definitely will come back to her.

Allen is AMAZING. Great masseuse who listens when I tell him what areas to focus on and he is always very professional. My only complaint is with the online profile form; once I completed it, it wouldn’t allow me to scroll to the box to sign my name at the very bottom. So I was not able to click submit. Not sure if it matters, but the device I was using was an iPhone 11 Pro. Next time I will try completing it on a laptop instead.

Marcus was amazing as usual. He distributes just the right amount of pressure throughout my body. He is super friendly and respectful.

Eugene is the most knowledgeable massage therapist I have ever met & I appreciate him very much. He relieved my pain points that I came in with & I left feeling fantastic. Your front room staff provided me all the information I required to select the best services for what had me in great pain. Your establishment is clean & the music in the room is relaxing.

The process and service is extremely consistent and reliable. Judy is absolutely awesome and always makes me feel appreciated and valued, answers my questions and delivers an amazing facial. The faculty is clean and check in and out is speedy.
