Biggest complaint is I need to use the membership for facials .. calling for a massage is never easy re: availability…

Alex is very professional and i wish she was more available ..whenever i try to book online theres NO availability for her-- website is hit or miss..most times it won't accept my password, then 10 minutes later it accepts it very frustrating theres a glitch in the website it happens every time i try to sign in...i have to try multiple times in order to sign in ! also no one can explain how i can use my reward points .. other than an add on..its confusing to say the least ..i tried to freeze my membership until i catch up with my available sessions but now they want to bill me to freeze the membership which i dont even know if thats legal.. they have no one available and then they won't let you freeze your membership..!!!

I really enjoyed my massage and Liam was great. I would recommend Hand and Stone to others and would return, however I live in Vermont and only visit the Huntington area once or twice a year.

Relaxing. She used a little too much pressure but part of that was my fault. I asked her to back off a little and she did initially but then fell back into her original pressure and I did not correct again
