From entrance and check-in through massage and checkout, H&S offers professional, courteous, and knowledgeable service. The staff, be it receptionist or therapist, are there to serve their clients in the best manner possible. I have been a member for approximately 10 years am have never had a problem or a bad experience. When my therapist of choice has left for whatever reason, there has always been a very capable therapist to step up and become my go-to person.

It is pure heaven coming to Hand and Stone for my massages! I think Olga is the best masseuse I have ever had. Cheryl makes me feel very relaxed. The receptionists are like family. Anna and Colleen always give me special attention ♥️
