i’ve had many problems in the past with this location. I was a member from a very long time, but I was unable to get massages in any reasonable Amount of time there was a major issue with lack of masseuse. I was told because of all my problems that I would be entitled to getting the discount I used to get as a member when I booked. Which was agreed to when I first made the appointment and then when I went to pay my bill, they told me they were not going to honor that unless I signed up for a new membership. I do believe that if I was told that I was going to get the membership price, I should’ve gotten the membership price and it should’ve had nothing to do with me signing up on a new program. I only hope going forward that I’ll be able to book massages that are convenient for me

Alex is amazing, but she is very difficult to get appointments with. Motivate her to work more days and hours by paying her better. If you want great massage therapists that will get clients, you need to make it worth their while to work.
