Hand and Stone

Called around to several locations before finally finding appointments for three people on same day within an hour of each other. Two of the appointments went great and the third did not go well. We bought my Mom in after just losing my grandmother, she was beyond stressed and needed to help to destress/unwind. Left being more stressed as they told her she had shingles. She did not have shingles, I do understand the health worry, she was highly stressed and was blotchy. She was looked at to reduce her worry and was told this is definitely NOT shingles, she is just under a great amount of stress. Wish it would have went better.

I really enjoyed my facial. She was quite knowledgeable, walked me through each step she was going to take, educated me on products that I use compared to that of those offered there. She was overall just exceptional! The massage wasn’t what I really expected when I worked with Daisha. This therapist was friendly but she never once asked if I was enjoying the pressure which was actually too deep for my liking. She spent a lot of time on my problem area and less so on the other parts of my body as I’ve expected.

my massage was 259 dollars plus 35 dollar tip.... that is way too expensive. simply won't pay that. unfortunate because I like the facility but simply cost prohibitive.

In all the years that I have had massages literally around the world, I have never had a therapist that I couldn't understand what she said. She did do a relatively good massage, but I felt the lack of communication decreased the experience quality.

I felt that the therapist was very knowledgeable, however, she probably talked too much during the massage.

Therapist struggled with consistency in pressure and I could here the full conversation of the next room over during my entire massage

My therapist was new and I didn't know her and she didn't know me it was like she was handling me with kid gloves she was very nice and very new

I was highly satisfied with my Hand and Stone facial...maybe I mismarked an item. I have realized that facials are not the best use of my time and money. There is not enough touch like a massage. But I enjoyed my facial very much and have no complaints.

Appointment was scheduled for 11:00am but was taken in at 11:05am. Undressed and waited about 5 minutes or so for therapist to enter room. Massage was finished at 11:50am.
