The hot stone massage was good. Very relaxing for my muscles, but I prefer less conversation. However, the massage itself was well do e. The facial was great, loved the hot steam. Excellent job on lip/chin. One product irritated my skin, and when I got home, my face was speckled red and burned a little. Too sensitive to put my night cream on that night. I don’t know which product bothered me.

when we asked if the temp in the rom could be adjusted we were told no because it would interfere with the break room temp.

The massage was what I anticipated it would be. There was nothing exceptional nor nothing disappointing about the experience.

Previous therapists used hot moist towels to assist in relaxation. Additionally, I used to get a warm moist towel to wipe off excess oil after the massage. The mini fridge was out of water bottles.

Over all I am satisfied. There are always small differences that can delay or extend your time unexpectedly however often it's not any one persons fault. I have been happy with the quality of the skills and knowledge of the therapists and frankly that is the main reason I come. To improve my health and well being and that expectation is usually met. Thanks

The only complaints I have is that you use dermaligica which many of their products contain lavender. I’m allergic to lavender and I was coughing a lot and could feel there was some irritant in the air. I have allergy asthma and am highly sensitive. Other than the that, my experience was wonderful and the esthetician was fabulous!

Long wait time between undressing and start of massage appears to be true for every massage I have gotten there
