Therapist was 15 minutes late for appt which made me late for my schedule following my massage.

It would have to be a better than average experience for me to be "highly satisfied". Megan was monotone or maybe distracted. Not overly friendly.

Never asked for pressure preferences, had her before and she was much better, felt like she was “Phoning in” this 2 hour massage, maybe just didn’t put the effort of the last massage and it was noticeable.

I wish there was more ocean 'music'. Also, noise between rooms is there. Also, can we get a full 60 minutes for a massage? They need to change their time especially if rates are continually going up.

The experience itself is ok. I only experience one therapist I would not use again. The Scottsdale rd location (by Lone Mt rd )does not hav availability they are booked over a month in advance. This location is convenient to home. This is the reason I started to use the location in Scottsdale near Raintree drive/101. The staff is professional but it tts location is not convenient

The time it took to check out took way too long. I was using a gift card and processed a product but the time it took was extremely long for a checkout - 10 minutes at least it what it took.

Online booking does not show all available times. Often times I have to call to get a time as there are no online options for weeks. Staff is great! Reception is always friendly. Therapists vary but are all friendly, educated and caring.
