I think the description of dermal infusion vs what was done innthe facial were not matching jn my perception

The massage room was too cold and the floors were really filthy looking. It felt gross to touch my feet on the floor. Please have them cleaned, or change to tile.

The waiting area had loud receptionists that aggressively pushed product and membership sales to someone who was checking out while I was waiting. They also had an extremely cluttered desk area with beef jerky bags out and open, papers scattered everywhere, and general clutter. It was not relaxing and I wouldn't return and pay over $80 for another massage due to the loud and pushy receptionist (she was an older blonde - the other receptionist was great!). However, the massage therapist was amazing and I may return if I can get an appointment with him again.

The therapist asked me my issues which I let her know. Those issues were not addressed. Instead of taking some time away from another area to address that, the massage send like a general routine. She was very sweet and made me relax. But I have issues that I really needed addressed.

Location and timing great, results are good, but every time I go I’m just constantly pushed to buy more products and services. Ariel is good at her job and I enjoy going, but the pressure combined with feeling like I’m inconveniencing someone is palatable.

My therapists have always been great. Too much turnover, they seem dissatisfied with the owner at this location. My sister is at a different location and they did not increase her price, I'm thinking of going to another location for that reason. The carpet either needs to be replaced or cleaned in the room I was in.

Aesthetician knowledge is awesome.

Needed a bit more help with the pain in my neck, base of head.

Since I am no longer a member I didn't realize the cost for a 50 minute massage. I believe it was $105 and this seemed high to me.

The sound of golf balls being hit on the other side of the wall was extremely annoying. It occurred during most of my massage.
