My therapist was good, but not great.

The website doesn’t tell you if a therapist can do the specific massage requested. I like the sports massage. However, the time I selected did not have a sports massage therapist. It wasn’t until the day before my scheduled massage, I was notified. I had to reschedule my appointment from Jan 9 to Jan 22. The website should present the therapist able to do the massage when selected.

I must have made a mistake somewhere. I did not intent to mark anything indicating I wasn't satisfied.

My massage therapist, Ariana, was out and I had a substitute.

My original appointment for 1.5 hours was cancelled and I was forced to reschedule for a 50 minute appointment

This location does not keep cash on hand so I to had leave this location to go to the bank before I could finish my visit.

I am very satisfied with my membership. My last massage with Ariana was probably the best massage I’ve ever had. Not every massage I’ve had at Hand & stone is performed at that effort, which is why I stick to satisfied as there is always room for improvement!

The Aesthetician was rude after I did not purchase any products. I don’t need to buy products every time I am there.

I was unfamiliar with this location and had gone to the Lone Mountain branch but they had fewer therapists and longer appointment times so went back to Raintree and got immediate appointment for next day because they had more staff
