Hand and Stone

There was a glitch with the app, however the receptionist was wonderful and accommodating to find another appointment time for me. Aerial is fantastic. She always assesses the condition of my skin and recommends a facial treatment to bring my skin into balance. She is extremely knowledgeable of the products and explains what each product does and the benefits for your skin.

I received massage often for my work but this was by far the only massage that make me feel 💯 better immediately and after.

Everyone at my location is super kind and welcoming. Anna is an amazing therapist she listens to what I say and customizes our sessions to focus on problem areas. She is fantastic.

I believe each Hand and Stone I visit for a massage is always very professional and takes good care of me as far as scheduling appointments for me, following up, and the massage sessions themselves. Of course, I would like the membership to be less expensive but overall I like Hand and Stone a lot!

I felt welcomed. The esthetician and massage therapist were engaging and knowledgeable. They both were great experiences. The overall atmosphere was friendly.

It was quiet in the reception area, which was nice. The massage therapist was knowledgeable and talked as much or little as I felt comfortable. She also answered all of my questions and had a sense of humor, which was refreshing. I didn't feel pressured to start a membership when I was in reception after the massage.
