Couldn’t let me know who was vaccinated- I then asked two therapists if they were vaccinated and they said no !

I was asked to move my appointment from 12:15 to 12:30 during the week no problem, for there early 12:20 checked in then because of the delay of the previous client I did not get started until 12:45 therefore it felt as though the day was rushed . This hopefully was a one time thing but I will tell you that at a previous competitor it was the reason I left them ! I hope that next time I get the full time allotted

Every time I visit a hand and stone it feels like I’m walking into a high pressure sales zone akin to a car wash or bath and body works store. I know I’ll have to defend myself on the upsell of masks and products and add ons. It’s exhausting. This time was no different. The aesthetician was amazing and the facial was great. The incentives you all are placing on your people to get a few extra bucks really kills the relaxing vibe a spa like service should have. It also makes it so that I’m more likely to go other places for services to avoid the upsell buzzkill.Just my thoughts.

Room was cold. Massage therapist hands were cold.

This was my first time doing the hot stone and I felt the masseuse had to spend too much time getting the stones heated which took away from my massage. I liked the massage parts better than the stone massaging.

Was satisfied but my appointment was 1 pm and I was taken in at 1;15 . Then u hv to take off yr clothes that’s another 3 mins so my actual massage started around 1:20 & I finished at 2 pm .. so only got 40 minutes of massage .. & I just feel you pay for an hour but this time was almost 20 mins less .

I didn’t fully understand the time required to address areas of concern. The therapist did address time requirements but did not have a flexible schedule. So the issue is mine not yours.

All areas of body were not massaged ( ie arms and Décolleté when lying on my back)

1. Massage Therapist talked throughout the entire massage. Very friendly, but I rather not discuss my job during the appointment. 2. I was not able to use my Gift Cards because I bought them at another location (across the country)!!! I have 4 gift cards that I purchased and moved from Michigan to Arizona. So I am losing about $200 which is unacceptable. Hand and Stone Franchises really need to fix this!

I called to schedule a Hot Stone with CBD oil. When I showed up for my massage, the therapist said I was only scheduled for a mini Hot Stone and no CBD oil.
