Since I started my membership I have been seeing the same therapist and at first she was good but these last 2 visits with her weren't the best. This last on on the 15th being the worst. I came in with specific area of pain (lower back) and she didn't even spend more than 5 minutes working on that area. Also, before we started she always asks if I want a scalp massage which I always decline but this past appointment she still did the scalp massage and spent WAY too much time doing that part. To the point where my scalp was tender in a few spots the next day. While I understand I have control and could of asked her to stop; doing so would made the environment, for me, very awkward. Plus we discussed what I was looking for during my massage beforehand so its frustrating. I will continue going to Hand & Stone but will likely go to another therapist. Consistency is key for me when having a membership like this and while I understand the therapist can't remember everything maybe having a chart system for the therapists to review or make notes might be helpful to them.

I wish that yoid have more hot towels available. Also scheduling an appointment can be a process because of the small amount of times available. I feel like you guys are solidly bookews quite often.

Staff were not able to give me change for a $20 bill so I could leave a tip. I had to go to a bank to get change.

Hi. For some reason you cannot get my credit card to work. Ive used this at all other locations with no issue and it's the one on file that is charged. My membership is located in Ohio but Ill be visiting your location for the indefinite future. I really need someone to figure out why your location cannot seem to process this. While the receptionist was friendly and tried to help, I left knowing no one would really try to figure this out for me.

The new Microderm equipment made three small scratches on my neck, similar to fingernail scratches. I returned to Hand and Stone Massage to address my concern about the scratches, and was told that Nicole would call me. Have not received a phone call yet. I don't think the equipment should make raised, and red scratches on your neck. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to provide you with this specific feedback. This is the first time I had the experience of receiving scratches from the Microderm equipment.

When booking online it would be nice to have the address and telephone number of the location you are booking with, to continually appear on the page. Sometimes you are looking at multiple locations, to see which best fits your schedule for date and time, and it is very difficult to tell them apart without the address and phone number staying at the top of the page. Also, I hope that the app booking is available again soon. It has been difficult to call to book versus just go online and schedule. Thank you!

My appt was supposed to be 90 minutes. It was less that 60. Started late, finished early.

I realize my face needed extra help but I really miss the upper shoulder massage and neck message I’ve always received at other facials. She ran over my time so maybe new clients should be given an extra 15 min so one is not rushed

First of all, I have had two of my last three scheduled appointments canceled at the last moment. For this appointment, I waited longer than anticipated for the massage to begin.
