I do not give highly satisfied unless above and beyond. Only other suggestion, is north Scottsdale charges $20 extra for deep tissue when some other locations paradise valley does not for deep tissue same cost as a regular also I have massage envy and they do not charge either. Just a suggestion to keep up with market

I used to go to your aesthetician Tamm and during this visit she put three coats of the peel on my face is bright red and that’s never happened to me including all day today! I don’t feel like she was experienced enough I get facials regularly at high-end salons like new Serenity the Hawaiian spa, Spa Serene etc. I also feel that you guys don’t give enough time and it’s all about selling products after visiting other high-end spas it’s worth paying more money to those spas thank you!

Tamara was wonderful and very knowledgeable as a massage therapist.

My appointment started 10 minutes late and waited a long time for therapist to return to the room after they left to let me change and get on the table, but appointment ended on time. Also scheduled an addition (aroma therapy) and was not provided. Not sure if I was charged for it.

I was asked about doing an upgraded facial, however, was not apprised of the cost of that upgrade. She did a very nice facial and I am pleased with the results.

Mostly worked on pressure points. Not much massaging. Wasn’t asked what I wanted. She was very good just not what I expected

Everyone was helpful and friendly. Therapist very mindful of my health concerns. Therapist very friendly and thoughtful.

I was happy with my services i dont like that they push products every time.. sometimes I feel I don't get a great facial but I will return and address it next appointment

The only comment that I have is that you could hear the conversations the the room next to mine. It was hard to relax. I believe it is due to the walls being too thin.

Massage therapist seemed new and a bit uncoordinated, moving in a hurried, not smooth, calming fashion. I did like the way she stretched my limbs.
