So hard to get appointments. Not great communication. Frustrating

There were no mention of wearing a mask or signs saying we should. I had to ask my therapist if I needed tj wear one or not. I was not comfortable with that at all.

I have had better therapist in the past. The stretches and the working on the neck while laying down on the back were skipped. It was stretched that we are overtime by 3 minutes. I have been visiting this place for over a year now and have not been cited time ever before. Over all it was good but just comparing to my experience in the past

There is no way to tell on the website the pressure or firmness a therapist can apply when booking a massage. My last massage the therapist could apply deep pressure and I told her I only wanted to work on my shoulders, back and neck, but she spent more time on my legs and stretching. The tension/knot in my shoulders was not relieved.

Therapist was really good. They continue to have billing issues with me and its not good.

Missau is great! Really like her.

No specific reason. Music too loud asked for her to lower, but somehow it got loud again. I was focused on other things going on later in the day.

The walls seem a bit thin. I could hear knocking on doors in the hallway, doors shutting and loud voices during my service.

I like the overall experience

Excellent services. Products are severely over-priced.
