I was overall very satisfied. My only negative feedback would be every time I get a facial here I feel like the estheticians are trying to sell me on skin care. I’m very satisfied with the products I use. I just feel like I just want to relax and enjoy my facial and not feel like I’m being sold to.

Although it's a strange time with the pandemic, 80% of my facial was done with gloves on. I wish I would have been warned about this in advance. Some parts of the facial were somewhat "crunchy" sounding due to the glove sticking to product on my face. Maybe a tighter fitting latex glove would work better. Overall, she did an AMAZING job and was very thorough. I will be returning regardless of this tiny detail!

I stated my shoulders hurt prior to massage. He spent more time on my feet than my shoulders and there is nothing wrong with my feet.

Appt time was 3:15. Therapist left the room at 3:22, came back in 3:30. Massage ended at 4:10. Paid for a 50 minute massage, only got 40 minutes.

The therapist did the same strokes - I like deeper pressure and different techniques - her massage was more relaxing then therapeutic - but super nice gal

I wasn’t happy with my massage one bit it was jerky I asked for firm pressure and felt rushed and cheap If it wasn’t for my facial and the girl who did it I would have cancelled My membership she is the best I’ve had in years

I’ve just had experiences where my face did look brighter afterwards and for a few days. This time my fact felt soft and clean but honestly, I don’t think looked any different.

Felt scalp massage was not complete. Didn't do back of scalp and didn't feel like it was 15 minutes.
