Hand and Stone

I enjoy the hand and stone for massage and facials I appreciate the conversation and her knowledge

I completely enjoyed my facial. Everything was as I would like it. There were no problems. I gave you my top rating.

Overall , I was generally satisfied with this Hand and Stone location. It did seem a bit small vs. other locations I have visited. Staff was very good, but I generally don't rate any business as 5*.

I needed more time spent on my hip but I may not have communicated properly with the therapist so I don’t blame her. I requested time on the back and that was wonderful

I am Canadian so the rules and laws are different. It has nothing to do with Hand and Stone. I was disappointed no abdominal work is done. I had looked forward to having it done.

Music was too loud and not soothing enough.

I just had a bad reaction to my eyes burning for a couple of hours after the service. Next time I’ll mention not to go over my eyes. Otherwise it was great.
