Therapist was reasonably new ( 5 mo out of school) and will be very good after he has more experience and confidence

The therapist I had was not my usual therapist. While he was very nice, and had strong hands, his inexperience was clearly revealed through his technique. I think with more training he will be very successful.

The staff is very friendly and attentive to me.

Everything about the services were good, yet, I have had other facials that far exceeded the services I received. I did not feel I could rate it “highly” satisfied. It was better than average yet not exceptional.

Overall great. Could have used more massage on neck.

The receptionist originally booked my facial on the wrong day. I will return for that appointment at a later date. I re-booked and arrived for a massage instead.

Both times there, given the “hard sell”. Non stop up sell i g.

The cost of the products is excessive.

I have no comments on this. This was a visit where I received what I would have expected. It was fine.

The head rest is not very comfortable, compared to other companies. The rooms are somewhat dingy, and not the most relaxing as well.
