Have had many facials. There was nothing special about this one. I was basically satisfied yet could not highly recommend as it was just average.

Receptionist isnt very friendly. Almost felt burdened for asking questions.

Allow membership monthly fees to be split into 90 minutes session or allow for 2 hours (use of 2 monthly fees) appointments to be booked online.

Tamra was excellent for my facial. My massage was not great. While she asked about my needs, we was not able to meet them as time ran out - that was disappointing to me since I clearly stated the areas of attention.

Therapist did not use any products, expect lubrication with massage or not comfortable. Odd style of Pinching. VERY sore in lower back after massage, couldn’t touch skin.

The massage rooms should be nicer and the oil used should be heated

I was satisfied except Ive always said it’s a bit pricey. The receptionist was fine, but she didnt offer info about much. I was the one asking questions about the BOGO and my birthday deal. I liked Stevie and my favorite has always been Devorah. I know she needs her rest but wish she had more availability. Thanks!

My massage therapist is excellent. I generally am able to find a time which is convenient for me, and the location of this particular Hand & Stone is very convenient for me. I am a satisfied customer--as long as I am able to be treated by the therapist with whom I am now working.
