I wish more time was spent on my problem areas.

Online app doesn't show my accurate account information. Ive called three different locations to try to get it resolved. Everyone is nice and attempts to fix the problem, but no one has solved the mystery. Not sure why I have a membership if online perks aren't going to work. However, Katie at Raintree was the most helpful and eager to find a solution. She is amazing.

There should be some notification to members when 'prepaids' are building up.

I received a gift card. Was disappointed I couldn't put gratuity towards my gift. $150 gift and still need to spend more? One visit and have a balance of $70?

Massage therapist was excellent. However, the oil used was cold and the table isn’t cimfortable-hard to breathe through the head piece while turned face down. Your receptionist was likely new when I scheduled-no knowledge of which therapists would suit my specific needs but someone in the back area helped her. No real issue

I don’t like that the massage is 50 minutes. It should be the whole hour for the amount of money charged. Also, the aromatherapy upgrade that Ive done before should be an option with the massage. I dont think it should be an extra $10. Evwn though i like the aromatherapy, its not worth the extra $10. No complaints about Devorah. Devorah was great, she always is.

The main reason is I didn’t feel relieved leaving the facility. In the lobby, while waiting, a person was on their phone on speaker and bathrooms were dirty. This is not what I have experienced at other massage places and usually phones are not allowed. I also do not believe I got my 50 minutes as the massage therapist had to ask a question to someone so the start time was delayed.

I believe its a little pricey. I think at the minimum aromatherapy should be included. Theres only 2 thereapists that I really think are good for me, so its hard with scheduling sometimes.

I got treatment for my acne and it felt like it improved but was a little painful, however I do understand that with beauty there’s pain.
