I sometimes wish you there was an incense smell in the rooms. I also dislike how greasy I am after the massages. The music options also aren’t my favorite!

The receptionists are very pleasant and engaging. My therapist listened to my needs and I truly felt better when I left. Great job !!

The whole process was 45 minutes from the time I went in the room to undress, to dress, return to waiting room 45 minutes . there for the massage only lasted 40 minutes or less

The massage didn't start until about 5 or 6 minutes after the hour, yet she ended promptly at 50 minutes after the hour. Felt like it was a little shorter than it should have been. But not a really big deal!

Everything was great. The only "complaint" I have was the selling of the skin care products after my facial.

I feel the receptionist are extremely nice always but sometimes they don’t explain things to me, I had my account on freeze for three months and the receptionist told me it resumed in January when I went in to buy my mom a gift in December. When I called to book my service in January thinking I paid that month with my membership the receptionist didn’t inform me I didn’t have a package or anything so when I get out of my massage I had to make a payment, which is fine it doesn’t make a difference but I feel the receptionist need to be more informative and make the customer aware of the information on their account instead of just trying to be quick

The massage felt good during and after but I didn’t feel very good later. I think the pressure of the massage, although I said it was fine, turned out to be too much for me later on.

The place is fine. I would just like a more customized massage.
