On 2 occasions I asked if I could change a recently purchased 6 month membership to a 12 month membership. Both times the receptionist stated she would speak with the owner and get back to me. No one ever got back to me on this issue.

Based on other experiences this was a nice experience, but not what I would call exceptional. Would also recommend that an eye cover of some sort, cloth or towel, be placed over the eyes when shining the bright light on the face. Would make it more comfortable.

The room was too hot. Jesus turned on the fan but it was still hot. The cheesy music needs to go. Why not chill music? Again, he turned the music off but I'd rather have decent chill music rather than the elevator spa music you play. Neither problem is the fault of Jesus who is excellent.

I didn't buy and am not interested in buying products at the spa, so my answer is neutral. A comment about the therapist. She was good, but her moves were quick, I prefer a more relaxing massage. She seemed like she was in a rush to get done.

I've been coming to Hand and Stone for a couple of years now. I've been to several different therapists and while they have different techniques, I always walk away feeling great. I will definitely continue my membership for the foreseeable future.

I selected an upgrade to my facial, but was dissatified that it did not add any additional time to my service. The dermabrasion was replaced instead of massage time or working face time and it cost almost as much as facial. Was unhappy about that. If extra, then extra time expected. Sorry if this sounds harsh. Nothing at all to complain about the service provider

My massage was good, but not as good as some I have had. The masseuse did not touch my feet, and I enjoy having at least a short foot massage as part of the total-body experience.

I have inquired with the therapists as to whether they ever received feedback from these surveys and they said no! Why not communicate and be transparent with you most valuable asset that makes the company successful?!

Your website needs to be overhauled yesterday, as it is impossible to book an appointment online. I had to book it over the phone which is much less convenient and much harder to match my schedule. Compared to other spas, your physical plant is not as pretty or relaxing. It is much too businesslike and not as relaxing as other places. But your website is where your company is really lacking.

It was fine..not great but good
