My massage therapist, Misao, is very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable and safe in her sanitized massage room.

durining this time with Covid 19 everything was perfect felt safe an valued as a member. My therepist was good at her job an will request again.

Had an amazing experience, only thing I did not like was that the massage began at 2:10 and ended at 2:53

Gene is the best at what he does. He knows the correct pressure in the best places in the best ways. I feel so much better after my appointment—not only relaxed, but muscle pain is eased.

Therapist was knowledgeable and offered stretch ideas and what to focus on next session.

I was happy to see that everyone was wearing masks, was able to check in at my car and walk right in to my appointment. I was hoping for more relief after a few months away but I'll be back with regular appointments to help with tension in problem areas. Thank you!

I enjoyed the experience but did not like being upsold in the massage room better to have that option IN ADVANCE while I am not getting ready to relax!@

I’d rather tell you what was not satisfactory. I was unsuccessful, again, in booking my appointment on line. All going well till confirmation, then error. Then try again and that time slot and therapist is no longer available. This is always the case with booking a 90 minute massage. In addition, the sheet was stained, it creeped me out, my therapist was apologetic, quickly changed the sheet, he saw a stain on the second and got another sheet. He explained you are using natural products, I need clean unstained sheets and these were not oil stains. I still am pleased with the services. All staff are knowledgeable and exceptionally pleasant and helpful.
