Hand and Stone

After looking at YELP reviews I requested Larissa as my massage therapist and she was awesome! The whole experience, from the moment I walked in the door, made me feel pampered. Though I’ve had a membership at ME for many years, I went to Hand & Stone because someone gave me a gift card. There is no comparison! Though it’s more expensive, I’m going to consider switching my membership as a result of this experience.

The staff and service providers were knowledgeable, friendly, professional amd and efficient. I like the flexibility of the contract commitment, ease of scheduling and the numerous locations I'm able to use.

My therapist knows My needs and always knows how to address them with care and understanding. I’ve been back to her several times . I walked out pain free .

They are nice people and care for their customers. Organized and they were not late. They are on time.

The girls at the front desk were very friendly, asking how my day was and telling me how refreshed I looked afterwards. My woman doing my facial was knowledgeable, made me feel very comfortable and very nice as well. I left feeling super refreshed and I'm thinking of starting the monthly thing!

My only complaint was the very dirty carpet in the massage room. Looking down for a period of time allows you to evaluate the cleanliness of the carpet.

The receptionists were great to talk to! They were nice and were really helpful answering all my questions. The whole place was really clean and quiet. The lady who gave me the massage was great communicating with me exactly how I wanted my massage.
