Alyssa is amazing! Thank you for hiring her. Please let her know that she has a great method and really knows what she’s doing to customize the experience for the customer. She also keeps great notes or has good memory as she remembers what I like and don’t. Need more people like her. This is an aside, but worth mentioning - I wasn’t aware that in order for my husband or anyone to use my extra packages I needed to pay an additional $10. Why is that? Was that communicated to members at some point? I wasn’t too happy about that when we used it on Dec. 29. It doesn’t make sense to me since the package is already paid for and we tipped well so not sure why the additional fee. Please advise and feel free to get back to me at brenday15@yahoo.com.
