Mark is a terrific massage therapist and the frost desk staff is always wonderful. But the spa itself needs some love. A fresh coat of paint in the treatment rooms, updated tables, and new linens would go a long way.

This location is clean and the staff is friendly. My massage therapist is very good at what she does. I think the price is reasonable for what I got.

Upscale yet relaxing ambiance... my new therapist, new to me but in the profession for over 7 years, was talented and experienced, took my few requests well, and we had an engaging chat during the hour so it was not eerily silent. The room was chilly at first, but warmed up quickly after her request to reception. I emerged in Bliss Out form, with my knots and tightness almost gone so that's when I know I need to return again, AND, book ahead.

The staff is very friendly & welcoming. My therapist, Larissa, does an exceptional job at targeting my neck & shoulders where I tend to hold a lot of tension. She applies strong pressure where needed & asks for feedback if the pressure is appropriate. I look forward to regular massages now.

My therapist suggested the mini hot stone treatment about 10 minutes into the session. It was amazing and really helped open up my back and neck.

My therapist really tried to gt into my problem areas. I found booking to be easy and fast. Staff was understanding hen i needed to change and appointment or reschedule.

Everyone is so nice, pleasant and welcoming when you are there. A very relaxing place from the moment you walk in. I am very happy I have a membership at Hand and Stone.

FANTASTIC massage therapist. It has been a long time since I was so pleased with a massage. Ariana is terrific. I hope she won't leave like so many others have.
