The location was very friendly and welcoming. They took the time to ask you questions to make sure you understand the membership process. Will go back next month. Hoping in the future there is a Fountain Hills location.

The staff and waiting room are welcoming. The therapist was on time and competent. There was no pressure to upgrade or purchase anything else.

Went in for massage but no one available to do massage. Offered me a facial instead. Was satisfied with facial.

I always feel like an important client at this location. I thought the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. The location is perfect for me and they are very prompt with appointments.
