Sarah is amazing! She is so friendly and tailors the massage to best fit you. I don't feel like I can get a massage from anyone else after going to Sarah...she is so good! The past few times I've tried to book my appointment online it didn't allow me to continue to select a therapist. I usually have to exit and go back in to the website another time. Other than that I haven't had any problems.

Tom is a wonderful massage therapist! He is very knowledgeable about anatomy & physiology. This is particularly important for me, since I am a runner and require someone who understands my needs.

Katy and Savannah are the best at reception and Larissa’s massage was outstanding- especially considering she is a new grad. Super attentive, friendly and loves her work!

From the moment I step into my local Hand and Stone spa, I feel very welcomed by the receptionist. The receptionist is very competent and always offers me water and coconut flavored water! My massage therapist is one of the best I've experienced in the entire state. The ambiance is lovely, and I even love the music.

The only issue I had was the 20$ charge for Deep Tissue; Deep tissue isn't tangible, there's no way to measure it's a bit odd to charge more for it. Applying a firmer pressure in my opinion is not what the modality of deep tissue claims to be, for example: there's no muscle deep to the tricep, to say that it's extra to go "deeper" into the tricep, seems a bit unfair; if the tricep is the focus area.
