Hand and Stone

I've been a member of hand and stone for a number of years and if there was one complaint that I have it would be once I find a therapist that I really like they leave. I tried to book a back-to-back appointment with Junco and Donna for a facial only to find that Donna is no longer there. She was great and Junco and Katy both recommended a different therapist for the facials for me.

Your online scheduling tool never works for me. The massage was fabulous. I asked to combine 2 massage times-which I thought meant I would get 110 minutes-but I didn't. I forgot to ask the receptionist if the 30 minutes that I wasn't on the table would be available to combine in anther service. I think your receptionists should explain that you may combine to save money and how the time works. I would have paid for the extra time-since I booked an 80 minute massage-instead of using up a 50 minute massage time slot.

I have been going to see Jesus for over a year now. He always does a great job in helping to relieve my pains in my back and I leave looking forward to returning the following month.

Frieda (massage) was beyond amazing & wonderful. I will come back specifically for her services.

Both the masseuse and the facial specialist listened to and addressed my concerns. I felt much better going out than I did coming in. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and knowledgable about store products as well. Thanks for a great experience.
