Massage therapist is great. I wish you had better tables that were adjustable but otherwise no complaints.

The person who did my massage took his time. He also gave the attention to the areas that needed it most. He was also very friendly and made me feel comfortable.

I was able to get an appointment quickly. The therapist did a good job of listening and concentrating on my specific need areas.

The front desk is always very friendly. I was a little frustrated on my last visit as I booked before my credit was applied and normally they call the Anthem location where I signed up and it gets pushed through a couple days early. The gal at the front desk called and was told they would not push it through anymore. There was no notice just a "no" which was frustrating because I ended up having to pay out of pocket for a massage I was planning on using a credit for. The front desk gal did not try to have it pushed through for me as I am a long time customer with excellent payment history so I was a little bothered as I asked her to call back and see if they could do it this last time so I could plan accordingly in the future. She just shrugged and told me I needed to speak to a manager, which did no good since I had to pay right then and there. I do not know who the gal was (it was not Kate) and ended up leaving a bit irritated by the situation. With all the great experiences I have had with hand and stone, this one was a very big disappointment and left me debating continuing my membership.

I came in with numerous aches and sciatica in my right leg. Junko,whom I met for the first time, was very receptive to my physical condition. She tailored the massage to meet my specific needs. She is an excellent therapist and has extensive knowledge of the human body.
