JUNKO is absolutely phenomenal! I literally would cancel my membership if she no longer worked here. She is so amazing at what she does. Her depth of knowledge is impressive. She knows EXACTLY the spots I need relief in. She truly is talented. She is also a genuine person at heart. I feel at peace when I go in for my massages and I know part of this is due to Junko's inner self! I always tell the front desk when I leave how great she is. I always look forward to my next massage right when I leave my appointment with her! She is amazing!!!!!!

Used Sarah for the first time.. I had slacked off on my visits to H & S because I couldn't find someone who was right for me as my favorite therapists seemed to always leave.... She is exactly what I needed and knows her anatomy and technique.. I will be back to see her soon. Don't lose this one@@!!

The receptionist while booking the appointment and when I came in were both very professional and helpful as well as friendly. The massage therapist was friendly and listened to what I had to say as far as pressure and what works for me during the massage. She was very professional as well and I would certainly see her again. I love Hand and Stone and always visit for my massage needs.

Every person on staff is so friendly and warm. The music and calm atmosphere is spa-like and exactly what I want during a massage. My therapist (Devorah) is super sweet and just does an amazing job! I also love that they are not salesy - no pushing products or trying to get you to upgrade like some places. I am a loyal customer!

The spa is close to my house and it’s very clean. The staff are very friendly and I love my massage therapist. She is awesome.

Carolyn It is a fantastic physical therapist.( I believe that’s her name who I had the last couple of sessions). And Katie at the desk is in employer’s dream. She’s hospitable, intelligent, and very pleasant.
