Staff are very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Tom, the massage therapist is fantastic. He is able to work out any problem areas I have. Being a runner, this is very important to me.

Great location / service / comfortable beds / great staff /

We were told starting Jan, 2018 there will be a $10 transfer fee to use a spouse membership. We would quit the membership if this is the case.

The therapist I had this time was excellent, and I felt this was a highly therapeutic massage. He was also extremely respectful which I very much appreciated. I previously was a member at another location and was apprehensive about changing after my first experience here, but this was a great experience and I'm already scheduled to return next weekend.

My therapist, Jesus, listened and was very effective at working with my back. I felt so much better after I left and continued ot feel great!

Jinko is amazing. It took several therapists to find her and a real bad one but I won’t see anyone but her now. I was very close to ending my membership because of the two AZ properties and how bad they were. This particular property always cuts off 5 minutes of your massage time. You pay for 50 minutes but only get 45 if you were lucky with other therapists. You get 5 minutes to get yourself Together at the beginning and 5 minutes at the end. This is truly frustrating as a guest paying for this service. Something management doesn’t seem to address no matter how many times I have complained.
