I was running late to my appointment and they worked me into the schedule so others were not troubled by my tardiness.

I did not know what to expect from Hand and Stone since I had never been to one of their locations for a massage. I was EXTREMELY pleased with the experience since the time I picked up the phone to make the appt, (the receptionist was very professional, pleasant, and expeditious !!!), to checking in at the reception area, and then my masseuse, Devora !!! She is a GEM and is the best masseuse I have ever had !!!! She is courteous, professional, asked viable questions and listened to the answers, provided feedback and really tended to my needs (as I had a very sore spot in the middle of my back). She is totally in tune with the amount of pressure she utilized during the course of the massage, and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had !!!! Thank you Devora !!! I will be back and will request her again !!!!

They had an immediate opening with a qualified massage therapist. Everyone was friendly before, during and after my massage. The gals behind the desk were very accomadating in reviewing my needs.
