Hand and Stone

This was my first experience at hand and stone. I throughly enjoyed the facial. My skin felt amazing.

The staff is very friendly. I was immediately greeted, given my paperwork, coconut water, and barely waited 60 seconds when finished with the paperwork. Very nice experience! Niki gave me a great facial. The room was dimly lit, nice music, and she has the most soothing voice!

Receptionist was friendly and nice. My facial was wonderful. Nikki was very knowledgeable of the products and what my skin needed. She wrote down recommended products based on my skin. Overall experience at this Hand and Stone was great.

Great staff with a relaxing atmosphere. I really value Sarah's expertise and pleasant personality.

Taylor in the front office/reception area made me feel welcome with a personal greeting and cheerful mood. Alberto, my therapist, was pleasant and professional, attentive to my comfort and gave a phenomenal treatment. Very impressed with my visit from start to finish!

Junko is absolutely AMAZING! She knows exactly where my trouble spots are and uses her miracle hands to heal! I feel like her massage is equal to that of a fancy schmancy resort, but instead I get to pay my membership price! I really hope she stays for the long haul, because if she leaves I will find her! She is THAT good and I am sure I speak for many when I say that. Besides the technique she uses and knowledge she has about muscles, trigger points, tightness, etc, she is equally a very sweet person who makes you feel at ease and comfortable right away. There are some stand-offish therapists that just make you feel a little uncomfortable. Not Junko. She is the sweetest and in my opinion - the best therapist there! But then again, I am being biased...a tad. I say give her a raise or some sort of incentive. I love my massage times and will continue coming, only to her! Thanks for all you do Junko!

Stephanie is very good at listening to my instructions / specific requests regarding problem areas needing attention. She always adjusts the pressure appropriately, and I can count on getting the relief I seek.

Conveniently located. Stephanie is a highly talented therapist. She works on trouble spots until she is satisfied she has made a difference, she doesn't give up. Massage is all about finding the therapist that works for you and Stephanie is that for me.

I love my massage therapist at H & S. She is very knowledgeable and gives me suggested exercises and stretches to do in between appointments. The value for the cost is great.
