My aesthetician Robin is very knowledgeable. I will only see her to have facials, though I’m Not familiar with the others currently. In the past I had several others, and I feel Robin is far superior in knowledge and skill.

The therapist Krista had great knowledge of my problem are and we discussed this. She gave valuable recommendations.

Relaxing ambience. Friendly staff. Excellent quality massage.

The app makes it easy to book and I appreciate the confirmation and reminders. Tabitha did my facial and she was great. Explained the extra service I was getting and what I should expect.

Rose is a fantastic therapist. My only feedback is I tip 20%. I don't appreciate that Hand and Stone has a sign indicating what a tip should look like. I do not want to insult my therapist by only tipping 20%.

Alaina listened to my concerns and did exactly what was needed while sharing her knowledge when asked. She is one of my favorite therapists!

The appointments have been on time and, Rose, the therapist does a great job in adjusting the right pressure. I am very satisfied with the service.

Jillian is accommodating and friendly. She gives recommendations based off of my skin’s needs. I always feel relaxed and refreshed after my facials with Jillian.
